The executor of the estate was intimidated by the prospect of tenant relocation negotiations. However, Dexter’s decades of experience had taught him that relocation can bring positive change to the tenant’s life while maximizing the value of the property. Our Client Care Coordinator researched and showed several nearby studio apartments to the buyer, who then chose three to show the tenant. At the end of the day, the tenant was thrilled with his new residence, our buyer could begin work right away, and the seller achieved a price extremely close to asking.
