Maria Pascal joins the Vandenberg Team after having established a solid track record that spans nearly two decades in the real estate industry. Her expertise is in selling homes in both New York City and the Hamptons, which can range all the way from studio pieds-a-terre to dramatic oceanfront properties. Maria possesses a knack and an innate sensibility to relate to people from all walks of life, encompassing the gamut from first time buyers to seasoned property investors. Her clientele is not limited to only those stateside, rather she can count a broad international base as well. Communication, patience, and perseverance are among her key attributes when executing successful transactions for her clients. She spends hours intently listening and getting to know each individual with whom she works, and then factors in their objectives in order to devise the most effective strategy. Over the years she has cultivated multiple long term relationships resulting in ongoing referrals from clients for whom she achieved not only the fulfilment of their requirements, but at times accomplishing the seemingly insurmountable. She is adept at employing just the right amount of diplomacy and ingenuity necessary to overcome the most daunting of impediments.
Maria holds the distinction of Associate Broker with memberships in the Real Estate Board of New York, the Hamptons, and North Fork Realtors Association. In addition, she is a New York City Property Specialist and a Certified International Property Specialist. She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Fordham University, a Master’s Degree in Psychology from CCNY, and pursued an MBA from Baruch College. During her post graduate studies in Psychology she volunteered her time at NYU Hospital and finds immense gratification in having helped to develop diagnostic tools that contributed to Alzheimer’s research. Maria is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Prior to her career within the real estate brokerage community, Maria was committed to her job in restaurant management, having put in over 16 years of not just enormous passion, but engaging the fine art of customer service as well. She credits having honed her complex set of engineering skills while in the process of overseeing a multimillion dollar restaurant business for her employers.
In her personal life, Maria is a devoted wife and mother who splits her time between New York City and the Hamptons.
