A resident of Manhattan since the late 1970s, Jane Ordway became a business partner with Dexter Guerrieri in 1980 and helped him establish Vandenberg Real Estate in 1990. Through the company’s first few years, she remained a silent partner but, as more clients began to rely on Vandenberg Real Estate as Manhattan’s premier townhouse expert, Jane climbed into the rapidly expanding business in 2000.
While Dexter remains focused on our sellers’ needs, Jane is involved in the operations of the company to ensure continued smooth support of Dexter, and our team’s commitment to excellence in client service.
Jane oversees the company’s strategic growth plan and implements the company’s vision into daily systems and structures. Her day-to-day direction and management includes marketing, finance, personnel hires, policy-making and team processes.
